IN ANY CASE OF DISPUTE IT IS NECESSARY TO PRESENT TO THE ADMINISTRATION tangible evidence OR videos - PHOTOS, WHICH WILL BE ANALYZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESOLVING DISPUTES.

Reports WITHOUT THE ABOVE MATERIAL WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.

The league administration reserves the right to change or modify the following rules at any time during the tournament and in any special case to ensure fairplay.
The eSportsRivals staff assumes that every participant registered in this tournament is aware of all the rules and checks them periodically. In the event of an update to the rules during the tournament, the tournament administrators will be responsible for communicating the change in the appropriate chats. Lack of knowledge cannot be used to justify non-compliance.
Each participant must behave with respect towards each other participant and towards the eSportsRivals staff.
Participants must not engage in offensive behavior, verbal abuse or intimidation, spamming will be considered a form of verbal abuse.
Repeated or significant violations will be punishable by disqualification or exclusion from future eSportsRivals.com competitions.
The official language of the competition is English. To participate in the tournament, participants must be able to communicate in English.
Please note: the tournament is a tournament organized by Italian people and composed mainly of Italian teams. It may happen that the conversations take place in Italian to communicate directly with the native speaking players, but it will be our commitment as administrators to report any relevant information also in the language English. In fact, communications will be offered in two languages.

The tournament will be hosted and authorized by “eSportsRivals.com“. The site is currently in Italian and English, it is possible to change the language in the settings

2 REGISTRATION
2.1 REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE DEADLINE OF 19 march 2024

3 COOP TEAM
3.1 captains will be able to create and add players to their team, no later than 18 march 2024. that is, one day before the official start date of the tournament, according to the methods indicated by the competition administrators.
3.2 The minimum number of players in the TEAM is 3 players.
3.3 THE Maximum Number: no limits.
3.4 It is not possible to have the same player in 2 teams.
3.5 The system will not automatically accept requests to add players already present in other squads.
3.6 IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DEPLOY “PLAYER ID” DURING THE MATCHES OTHER THAN THOSE REGISTERED IN THE SQUAD, PENALTY YOU WILL BE DEFECTED BY 0-3.
3.7 If a player changes his PSN ID, the captain must change it by going to the admin page, selecting the menu on the right (the orange gear and changing his psn id.
3.8 In the event of a change in the player's PSN ID, it will be possible, if the captain forgets to update, to validate the presence of the player who is registered on the site with the old PSN ID, via the official Playstation email which certifies the change of psn id (the old and new psn id must be mentioned to be considered valid)

COOP MODE:
note: IN FULL MANUAL co-op mode, each team MUST DEPLOY 3 PLAYERS ON THE FIELD TO PLAY THE MATCHES;
therefore you can play games:
ONLY 3 vs 3

4 TRANSFERMARKET
4.1 Adding players: it will be possible to add or remove players from your team by sending a request to the eSportsRivals staff.
4.2 Player release: players can be released by the captains directly on the portal, if they are expelled from the team, or if the player expresses the desire to leave the team, always no later than THE CLOSING DEADLINES.

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE
PREMISE:
The intention is to test players through these concepts:

CHAMPIONSHIP
will be structured in an Italian style and every week 2 championship match (A/R) will be played with a round trip.

TOURNAMENT
After the championship, there will be a national cup for the First 8 teams classified in the championship.

5 DATE DEFAULT
5.1 The League will officially begin on 19/03/2024 
5.2 Every week 2 match (one gameday A/R) must be played, following the calendar on the EsportsRivals website on the predefined days:
EVERY FRIDAY
5.3 however there will be a lot of flexibility with this, meaning captains will be able to agree another day of the week if it is more convenient for them. The game must be played in that week  (from monday to sunday)! the game can’t be anticipated or posticipate in a date that isn’t in that week game without the admin authorization.
5.4 In case of no agreement between the captains , and no jolly avaiable, the match must necessarily be played on the DEFAULT day at the default hour from 22 to 24. If One of the two teams can't play with defaults day and hours lose the match 3-0.
5.5 Any changes to the following week, due to problems, must be requested to the admin who will evaluate its feasibility.

6 TOURNAMENT TIME:
6.1 Two match (one gameday A/R) will be played every week.
6.2 Each matchday will be played home and away, playing on the same day against the same opponent in both matches.

7 TEAM withdrawals
7.1 We know, as administrators, that withdrawals move the rankings, unfortunately we appeal to the seriousness of the teams who should not withdraw from the competition, in the event that a withdrawal occurs, unfortunately we find ourselves in the uncomfortable situation of having to intervene:
In case of withdrawal of a team, BEFORE 70% OF THE MATCHES TO BE PLAYED all previous results will be set 3-0 in favor of the opposing teams,
while IF THE MATCHES PLAYED ARE OVER 70% THE RESULTS WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED.
7.2 IN ANY CASE, EACH TEAM WITHDRAWAL SITUATION WILL BE ANALYZED BY THE ADMINISTRATORS, WHO WILL APPLY THE BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION IN ORDER TO NOT HARMFUL ANY TEAM DUE TO WITHDRAWALS FROM THE TOURNAMENT
7.3 ALSO A withdrawn team will not be able to participate in the Poseidon championship for 2 seasons in a row.

If after all these considerations, two teams continue to be tied, a play-off will necessarily be played.

8 Room creation
8.1 Create match from the Lobby - FRIEND MATCH - Coop ROOM (for the championship all matches will be return matches), for the first match he creates the home team and then they switch sides, unless otherwise agreed between the captains).
It is advisable to have the players on the team create a more stable connection, thus trying to avoid the lag factor.

9 TEAM REQUIREMENTS
9.1 TEAM training : Only players with a maximum rating up to a VALUE OF “74” are admitted , no training is allowed.
9.2 ONLY STANDARD CARDS ARE ALLOWED.
9.3 IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DEPLOY THE PLAYERS IN A POSITION DIFFERENT FROM THEIR MAIN POSITION AS IT WOULD COMPROMISE THE POSSIBILITY OF CHECKING THE MAXIMUM RATING.
9.4 COACHES:
NOTE: ONLY COACHES WITH MAXIMUM RATINGS OF THEIR STATISTICS UP TO “76” ARE ALLOWED, WHICH ARE FORBIDDEN TO USE THE FOLLOWING COACHES:
ROMAN, ZEITZLER, VALBUENA, TUCHEL, HELSON, MOURINHO, SANTOS, MILLESI, SARRI, DORON, SOUTHGATE, XAVI, GURPEGUI, GREENING, RODGERS, TEBALDI, LAPORTA, WOEHR, GASPERINI, AMATRIAIN

11 ERROR ROOM CREATION
11.1 If a team creates the room incorrectly, only the opponent can tell them to change the settings and stop the game if it has already started, by talking to the opposing captain, telling him to change the details of the room or to create it again.
11.2 If the match is played it will not be possible to make a protest.
11.3 If the match is stopped while it is in progress, the result and minutes played will be the same as when the match was left.
11.4 Once a match is over, there can be no protest regarding injuries, weather, selection of any player or substitutions.

12 Jolly
12.1 there is 1 and only one wild card in case of failure to reach an agreement between the teams

13 RESTART & LAG
13.1 In case of serious signs of lag during the match, one of the captains can contact the opposing captain proposing the creation of a new room, playing the remaining minutes until the END OF THE MATCH, and maintaining the same result.
for example, if the match was 1-0 at 30:00 of the first half, a new match will be played FROM 30:00 of the FIRST HALF until THE END OF THE MATCH, but keeping the same player IDs, but not the same players of the team, who were on the pitch at the time of the interruption, or the line-ups may be changed.
13.2 THE RESTART of the match is permitted once and only once, for the above cases.
13.1.1 RED CARDS:
13.1.2 In case of "Restart", if in the abandoned match there were expelled players ON THE FIELD, it will be necessary to RESUME THE MATCH WITH THE SAME NUMBER OF EXPULSIONS AT THE TIME IT WAS INTERRUPTED, OR WHEN THE CAPTAINS AGREE ON THE MINUTE OF RESUMPTION OF THE MATCH, IT WILL BE THE TASK OF THE TEAM WITH THE EJECTED PLAYERS TO SEEK TO GET EXPELLED AGAIN BEFORE RESUME THE GAME IN WHICH IT WAS INTERRUPTED.
EXAMPLE: IF THE MATCH WAS INTERRUPTED AT MINUTE 30:00 AND A TEAM HAD 1 PLAYER SENT OFF, IN THE RESTART MATCH WHICH WILL RESUME AT MINUTE 30:00, DURING THE WAITING THE TEAM WITH THE PLAYER SENT OFF WILL HAVE ONE PLAYER SENT OFF BEFORE THE RESUME OF THE MATCH.

14 DISCONNECTIONS
14.1 In case of disconnection of one or more players, you must IMMEDIATELY throw the ball out and contact the opponent. In agreement with the opponent you can then choose TO start the match again from the exact minute and with the same result OR TO START THE MATCH FROM THE BEGINNING. This decision must be made in agreement between the 2 challenging teams IF BOTH TEAMS CONTINUE TO PLAY THE MATCH AFTER DISCONNECTION, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOSE THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN.
14.2 IF ONE OF THE TWO TEAMS HAS NO WAY TO STOP THE GAME AFTER DISCONNECTION, THEREFORE SUFFERING THE OPPONENT'S ACTIONS WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF GOING TO PAUSE OR BEING ABLE TO PUT THE BALL OUT, IT WILL BE DEEMED AN INJURED PARTY OF THE HAPPENING
in case of failure to reach an agreement you must contact an Admin and explain the situation WHO will decide how to proceed.
IN the event of a DISPUTE it is always recommended to have evidence (video/PHOTO) AS REPORTED IN POINT 1.1, THE LACK OF SUCH EVIDENCE WILL EXCLUDE ANY FORM OF DISPUTE.
14.3 If there is a game failure for all players, the game starts again for the remaining time and with the same result as the previous game failure.

15 FAIR PLAY
15.1 it is absolutely forbidden to disturb the goalkeeper during a free kick by placing the player in front or to the side to disturb his movement.
15.2 If a goal is scored in this way, it will be categorically disallowed and, if it happens more than once, the team that EXPLOITS this action will suffer a 3-0 defeat.
15.3 IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO LIFT THE BALL WITH (DOUBLE R3) AND PASS IT TO THE GOALKEEPER WITH THE HEAD. THIS BEHAVIOR WILL BE PUNISHED BY DECISION OF THE DIRECTORS.
15.4 Towards the opponent, insults are absolutely not allowed in the chats used to organize matches. Any complaints can be submitted by the captains to the competition admin via the "Whatsapp" captains' chat. In this case you risk both a forfeit loss and disqualification from the tournament, depending on the severity of the action.
15.5 All players who use "cheats" or "glitches", altering the course of the matches, will be disqualified from the competition and a forfeit victory will be awarded in the matches involved in the matter.
note: by glitches we mean mechanics officially recognized by the developers as illegal and aimed at gaining an advantage through specific mechanics not foreseen by the developers.

16 REPORT POST- match
16.1 at the end of the match, the captains will have to report on the site.
16.2 If the match data is not communicated within 48 hours, or if the match is not played within the default day, the match will be considered void. Therefore, no points will be awarded to the ranking regardless of the results and the match will not be recovered, except for any problems which must be communicated to the competition admin, the match will be considered void.
It will be important to keep in case of complaint:
-Photos/videos of statistics screen and result
-Photos/videos showing any irregularities
It will be the responsibility of each opposing captain to check that players who are not in their opponents' team have been fielded. The player lists will be viewable directly on the site.
16.3 In the report you must write: Appearances, Goals, Assists and Man of the Match.

17 DISCIPLINE:
Deception: Attempting to deceive administrators or other players with incorrect information or data will result in immediate disqualification. Match/betting fraud will result in immediate disqualification and 5 year ban from the Poseidon League.
